I need good Fm antenna ?

My old Sansui 7070 receiver is not digital tuning it's hard to zero in on most stations . The wire that on one end attaches to screws for FM antenna on back of receiver and at other end comes to a tee doesn't work well . There are some terms for new antennas I wish to be informed about , also which ones are the best for optimum reception . Amplified , Omnidirectional , Dual-drive , Gamma loop , High-definition , Digital , and HDR-I . I am going to have it indoors too . Any advice would be great
